2. Purpose of the processing
The personal data processed by Delvalle will be adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed; primarily for:

The data subject shall, in any case, be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, and Delvalle reserves the right to exclude any false or unlawful information, without prejudice to any other actions that may be available under the law.
Delvalle warns that, unless there is a legally established representative, no interested party may use another person’s identity or disclose that person’s personal data; therefore, you must always ensure that you provide Delvalle with personal data that corresponds to your own identity and that is adequate, relevant, current, accurate, and truthful.
The data subject shall be solely liable for any direct and/or indirect damages caused to third parties or to Delvalle through the use of another person’s personal data, or of their own personal data when such data is false, erroneous, outdated, inadequate, or irrelevant. Likewise, anyone who discloses a third party’s personal data shall be liable to that third party for the obligation to provide information established in the GDPR when the personal data has not been collected from the data subject, and/or for the consequences of failing to inform the data subject.

Delvalle sólo cede datos personales a terceros para atender sus obligaciones contractuales o legales. Cedemos datos a las administraciones públicas, seguridad social, hacienda… El titular consiente en estos casos dichas cesiones, y ejercitando sus derechos puede informarse sobre las mismas.

In the course of its business operations, Delvalle uses services provided by vendors based outside the European Economic Area that have signed on to the Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EEUU, you can view their privacy policies. These vendors include Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp, and various social media platforms.

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are established to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience of the data, as well as its security, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
