Delvalle Global Solutions, S.L.U., with NIF number B26177782 and address at Paso el Prao 6 01320 – Oyón, Spain (hereinafter Delvalle), guarantees the protection of the personal data voluntarily provided by the user when communicating through e-mail with Delvalle, filling in data collection forms, formalizing a contractual relationship or using any service included in the pages that have in the URL the domain in which the web www.delvallebox. com and also does so with respect to the activities or services it performs offline that involve the communication of data or access to data and treats them in accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation 679/2016, of 27 April (RGPD), as well as the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights 3/2018, of 5 December (LOPDGDD) and makes public this policy to comply with the principle of proactive responsibility and transparency in the information, and evidence the obtaining of the unequivocal consent of the interested party through the same.
