Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Safety Policy

Delvalle Global Solutions S.L.U., represented by its management, undertakes and commits to the continuous improvement of its processes, not only to promote the health and safety of its employees, respecting the environment, and seeking the satisfaction and fulfillment of the requirements and expectations of all stakeholders, by establishing a code of ethical conduct through which, based on five fundamental pillars, we will become a leading company in the sector.

This objective is based on the following general principles and commitments, which it makes public:

  • Set annual goals based on these general principles.
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements regarding environmental matters, risk prevention,and product safety, as well as any voluntary requirements to which the organization subscribes, including the guidelines set forth in Directive 2014/34/EU, the EU type-examination certificate, and the technical documentation.
  • Ensure that the implemented quality system guarantees that products comply with the COC certificate and the associated technical documentation.
  • To fully satisfy our customers by meeting the requirements associated with their products, and by communicating to the organization the importance of meeting those requirements.
  • Establish channels of communication and information with our customers, suppliers, government agencies, and the general public regarding our activities and their potential impact.
  • Facilitating and promoting appropriate channels that encourage consultation with and participation by workers on occupational safety matters.
  • Improve our environmental practices, prevent pollution, and reduce the environmental impactscaused by the use and handling of hazardous chemicals, as well as by water and energy consumption, while promoting waste minimization.
  • To prevent and avoid personal injuries, accidents, and incidents, and to promote industrial hygiene. To promote the occupational health of our employees and protect property and facilities from damage, all with the ultimate goal of achieving “Zero Incidents – Zero Accidents.”
  • To properly train and inform our staff on occupational risk prevention, environmental issues, and quality matters.
  • Allocate the necessary human and material resources to ensure the proper implementation and development of the defined system.
  • Review the system established to achieve these objectives and principles on an annual basis.
  • To strictly adhere to our code of conduct and make it an integral part of the Company.
