Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Policy
Delvalle Global Solutions S.L.U., and in its representation the Management of the company, assumes and commits itself to the continuous improvement of its processes not only with the aim of favoring the safety and health of its workers, respecting the Environment and seeking the satisfaction and fulfillment of the requirements and expectations of all interested parties, establishing an ethical code of conduct by means of which through five fundamental pillars we achieve a company of reference in the sector.
This goal is based on the following general principles and commitments, which are made public:
- Establish annual objectives based on these general principles.
- Comply with the applicable legal requirements in environmental, risk prevention and product aspects and the voluntary requirements to which the organization subscribes, including the guidelines set by the 2014/34/EU directive.
- To ensure that the quality system implemented guarantees products in accordance with the way described in the ExTr and associated technical documentation.
- To give full satisfaction to our customers, by meeting the requirements associated with their products, communicating to the organization the importance of meeting those requirements.
- To implement communication and information channels with our customers, suppliers, Public Administration, and the general public, in relation to our activities and their possible repercussions.
- Facilitate and promote the appropriate channels that favor the consultation and participation of workers in matters of occupational safety.
- Improve our environmental practices, prevent pollution and reduce the environmental impacts generated by the use and handling of chemical and hazardous substances, and by the consumption of water and energy, promoting the minimization of waste.
- Prevent and avoid personal injuries, accidents and incidents, and facilitate industrial hygiene. Promote the occupational health of our workers and protect goods and facilities against damage, all aimed at the ultimate goal: “Incident – Accident 0”.
- To train and inform our personnel appropriately on aspects of occupational risk prevention, environmental aspects and quality aspects.
- Assign the necessary resources, human and material, to achieve the adequate implementation and evolution of the defined System.
- To review the System defined for the achievement of these goals and principles annually.
- Comply faithfully with our code of conduct and make it a fundamental part of the Company.
