The construction of line 3 of Guadalajara subway (Mexico) has began. This is one of the most important infrastructure projects currently in Mexico, connecting the historic centers of Zapopan, Guadalajara and Tlaquepaque through the Diagonal Corridor until arriving at the East of Guadalajara Central Bus Station. It will run 18 stations from south-east to north-west, 13 of them will be elevated (on 2 viaducts) and 5 ones will be underground; with a length 21.5 kilometers it is estimated to carry 233,000 passengers daily.
We have designed the solution together with Alstom, using IP66 and IP67 stainless steel cabinets for both areas, outdoor and underground. For a correct performance, the train lines need to send information continuously to the exchange from every track section. At Delvalle we are specialized in protecting the data transmission equipment; As well as other specific functions of railway industry, such as signalling or changes of track.
