SunTerm treatment coating for use in outdoor electrical enclosures, contain a reflective component that deflects the infrared light, and thus the half of the sun’s total energy, from any substrate that it coats. As a result, the surface of the substrate, and any interior ambient that it protect, are cooler than a standard coating.
As a treatment solution SunTerm also gives you high corrosion resistant for outdoor environments.

Test under lab controlled conditions showed that the aluminum substrate being coated with SunTerm is 7oC cooler than coated with standard coating inside.
