Anti- Dust System for Electrical Enclosures Dusty

The Dusty pressurization Series is designed for environments full of dirt, airborne dust, and for installation in corrosive environments. Our enclosures system AISI 304 or 316 with the pressurization system prevents the damages to the electrical components produced by the gases or environmental powder. This is an economic system, 100 % reliable , it doesn´t requires any maintenance and lengthens the life of electronic components installed inside the cabinet with a 100% guarantee.

The removal of these gases or dust inside the cabinets extends the life by protecting the electrical or electronic components inside, avoiding stops and new costs on replacing the electronics, so we get an economic system. Forget complex systems and incorporate the latest technology. The system can be placed indoor and outdoor and can be adapt to all our enclosures.

How it works:

It is a system that only requires an air´s compressed system connected to the grid or an inert gas. The pressure inside the cabinet will be above ambient so it is impossible the access of particles and gases, this means to improve the lifetime of electronic components. The “Dusty” system maintains a constant pressure 1.24 mbar inside the cabinet. The pressure is constantly monitored. 

These systems developed by Delvalle  are the most reliable on the market , and we have appropriate systems for each application. The enclosure system has a manual pressure regulator up to 5 psi , and a constant pressure meter which facilitates the security reading and control of pressurized enclosure.

REMARK: This system is NOT suitable for hard and aggressive areas. Consult us for these areas, we have another system called Peppex Series.
